DOXA UK website - Return Policy


We hope that you love your new DOXA watch, however on the occasion that you're not entirely happy, you can return it to us, and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund if notified within 14 days from the day the item is signed for and then returned within 14 days of notifying, or an exchange for 28 days from the time the item is signed for.


To be eligible for a refund the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, complete with any paperwork and have the security tag still intact.

Please return the item with insured and trackable posting with a signature on receipt, with the enclosed return slip selecting the reason for your return to the following address:

Faulty / Damaged items


In the rare occasion your item is faulty/damaged please notify us within 30 days of receipt to receive an alternative product or full refund. Please be aware it may take several weeks to assess the goods for faults/damages as the watch will have to be sent to a watchmaker for assessment.


Should your purchase reach you in a less than perfect condition please contact our helpline immediately at [enter contact email] and we will assist in resolving the issue as swiftly as possible. We will offer an exact replacement if available, or we can advise on a suitable replacement of similar quality and value. If you do not wish the item replaced or exchanged a full refund will be given. In either case we will refund any postal costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item.


Exclusions


Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalized or altered items. This includes adjustments to watch bracelets and straps. Personalised or altered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.


For the above reason, we would advise having your bracelet or rubber strap altered locally once you have received the product.
